To protect what you have you need to create a ‘Life & Estate Plan’ that will be your personal Fort Knox that is both strong and durable with enough flexibility to keep your important things and people protected from probate court, the state, nursing homes, taxes, financial creditors and predators.
About 90% of American’s have either no estate plan or an old outdated plan!
A legacy study showed that most people that create a Will or Trust put it away in a junk draw or cabinet not to see the light of day for about 15 years or longer.
During this period, there are countless law changes, as well as, countless changes in the person’s life with relationships and money.
